				Responsibilities
	- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
 
	- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
 
	- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand our position as the leading white label provider in regulated markets.
 
	- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs for the White label segment.
 
	- Develop and execute innovative sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.
 
	- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
 
	- Utilise market insights to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies.
 
	- Streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
 
	- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Partner Success Management, Marketing, Managed Services, Legal & Compliance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
 
	- Regularly track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
 
	- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
 
Requirements
 
	- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
 
	- Extensive experience in Whitelabel partnership management.
 
	- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 
	- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
 
	- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 
	- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
 
	- Experience in the iGaming sector (mandatory).
 
	- Multilingual skills may be advantageous.
