Alona Mamulaishvili

Alona is an experienced business strategist with more than 5 years of managerial experience and 7 years in international relations and international taxation, strategic planning and project management. She worked for more than 10 years in the largest Ukrainian government regulatory bodies authorised to collect revenues and duties.
Her experience covers designing and delivering training, public awareness and communication campaigns; drafting bilateral and multilateral international agreements; launching international technical assistance projects and fundraising; preparing and conducting business process reviews and organisational development projects; drafting development strategies with the relevant KPIs and monitoring them; negotiating and enhancing international cooperation; improving compliance; contract management; and analysing world best practices.
Alona was directly involved in the launch of several large ITA projects with a total budget of more than 20 million euros, and of organisational development projects. She holds Master’s degrees in Customs and Foreign Affairs.
