Ucha Dzimistarishvili has worked in both the public and private sectors. At different periods he has been involved in developing legislation on Environmental Protection, Public-Private Partnerships and Education.

He has worked with international financial institutions (IFIs) and donor organisations, among them the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, USAID, UNECE, GIZ and UK GGF, and has provided legal services to local and international companies, holdings and financial institutions.

LEGAL500, the international ranking company, has recognised him as one of the Recommended Lawyers in Georgia. He has lectured at leading Georgian universities since 2013 and is the author of a number of articles.
