Greentube has strengthened its presence in Croatia through a newly announced partnership with the country’s state lottery, Hrvatska Lutrija.
As a result of the new deal, Greentube will provide Hrvatska Lutrija with its library of content, delivered via the Bragg aggregation platform in collaboration with Intralot.
The initial integration phase includes titles such as Book of Ra deluxe, Sizzling Hot deluxe and Lucky Lady’s Charm. All of which, Greentube states, have a proven pedigree in Central and Eastern European markets.
Ignacije Čutura, CEO at Hrvatska Lutrija, commented: “Greentube’s slot portfolio is instantly recognisable and beloved by players across Croatia. We are thrilled to bring its titles to our platform and strengthen the quality of our online casino offering.
“This partnership is another step in delivering top-tier entertainment to our customers in a safe and responsible environment.”
Hrvatska Lutrija was appointed as the independent organisation for Croatia’s state lottery 1973, and has since expanded its portfolio to include online gaming, commanding a significant share.
Greentube previously debuted in the Balkan nation through a similar partnership with the Hattrick-owned online casino PSK.hr.
On its most recent partnership, Andrei Petre, Sales and Key Account Manager at Greentube, said: “Partnering with Hrvatska Lutrija is an exciting move that will bring our classic content to a whole new audience in Croatia.
“As the national lottery, it has a well-established reputation and broad reach. We’re proud to work with such a respected partner as we continue expanding our footprint in key regulated markets.”
Michael Bauer, Greentube’s Chef Financial Officer, recently detailed to iGaming Expert the suppliers continued European focus despite regulatory pressure.
He said: “This year, we’ve continued to strengthen our position in the European market by focusing on three main strategic initiatives: pushing localised content in key regulated markets like Italy and the Netherlands, expanding our presence with key partners and enhancing our marketing efforts.
“We can see that this increased focus is paying off in Italy, Romania and the Balkan region, where we see above-market growth.”
Bauer also warned that Greentube’s clients have also cautioned that overregulation is leading to “sharp declines” in regulated market engagement across countries such as the Netherlands.
