Amusnet: Omnichannel Approach Drives Casino Success in Greece

Amusnet has highlighted the significant impact of its omnichannel strategy on strengthening its position and driving growth in the Greek market.

Speaking ahead of the Casino Operation Summit in Thessaloniki, the company’s Greece Regional Manager Jelena Stankovic said that having a presence in both the online and land-based segments provides a “key structural advantage,” as casino operators can effectively leverage demand generated by online audiences.

Stankovic noted: “Our content is already well known and trusted by users. This familiarity significantly lowers the barrier to entry when transitioning into land-based gaming environments.”

Amusnet also underlined its ambition to develop its online business into one of the leading suppliers for the land-based segment.

Among the company’s partners in the Greek iGaming market are Entain and Betsson, with agreements signed at the beginning of 2025.

Although Amusnet has not yet announced its first casino partnership in Greece, the company confirmed that initial deployments are expected in the near future.

“Our goal is not simply to enter the market,” Stankovic emphasised. “We aim to scale and replicate our success by becoming a long-term partner for operators across both segments.”

“From premium hardware and game content to jackpots, performance optimisation, and long-term operational support — our goal covers the entire customer journey. We already have projects lined up with some of the largest operators in Greece and Cyprus.”

Greece’s gaming market has shown steady positive growth in recent years. Earlier this month, the Hellenic Gaming Commission reported record turnover of €16.7bn ($18.1bn) in 2025, up 6.9% compared to 2024.

Against this backdrop, Amusnet emphasised that “precision, performance, and player relevance” are essential to gaining a strong foothold in the market.

Stankovic also noted that Greece’s land-based segment is one of the most performance-driven environments in Europe. According to her, operators continuously optimise every machine, every location, and even every square metre of space to maximise efficiency.

“Operators are looking for complete solutions that include content, performance, flexibility, and long-term support.”
