GR8 Tech adds competitive boost to Tournament suite

GR8 Tech has upgraded its Tournament engine with a new tournament lobby that features multi-currency support and manual prize distribution.

According to the company, the new additions will allow operators to increase the efficiency with which they run global tournaments while reaching higher rates of player engagement.

With the “Turn the Win On” update, players will receive full centralised access to tournament lobbies for current, upcoming and past events, all in one place. The new tournament suite automatically prioritises competitions based on player participation in order to display the most relevant options.

A multi-currency support for tournaments will offer payment options in more than 160 fiat and cryptocurrencies, with the additional segmentation of games based on the currency option chosen by the player.

Further improvements will see operators gaining full control over prize allocation and reward systems. This means that they will be able to manually set the number of prizes, their amounts, and even introduce payout tiers should they decide to.

Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8 Tech, commented: “Tournaments play a big role in increasing player retention and driving revenue growth.

“Our latest enhancements allow operators to customise tournaments and maximise participation. The more engaged players are, the longer they stay and the more they play, which leads to an increased profit for the operator.”

On the topic of operators being able to offer innovation and increase their player engagement rates in today’s highly-competitive market, GR8 Tech CPO Denys Parkhomenko likened the situation to “renovating a house while still living in it”.

Revealing to SBC News that many companies are aware of the need for major updates, Parkhomenko said that the best approach is to make consistent step-by-step improvements while ensuring that everything is kept running smoothly.
