Director of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand our position as the leading white label provider in regulated markets.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs for the White label segment.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Utilise market insights to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies.
  • Streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Partner Success Management, Marketing, Managed Services, Legal & Compliance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Regularly track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Extensive experience in Whitelabel partnership management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
  • Experience in the iGaming sector (mandatory).
  • Multilingual skills may be advantageous.
