The role:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new CRM Manger - focus on fiat brands.
The CRM Manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Retention and be responsible for retention campaigns and automated player journeys, from conceptualisation through to analysis.
This includes idea generation, proposal preparation and, in the beginning, being involved hands on in the implementation process for these campaigns.
Responsibilities will stretch across all FIAT brands the company is live with and/or launches in the coming months. Currently this includes one casino and Sportsbook brand.
The CRM Manager will also be included in the hiring and onboarding process of upcoming coordinator positions, starting with a coordinator, who will be assisting with the creation of bonuses and CRM comms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a retention focussed CRM calendar for booths brands, covering all products available (Casino, Live Casino & Sportsbook)
- Strive to have CRM planned and briefed in at least 2 to 3 months in advance
- Work closely with other members of the team to organize content and design creation and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with the platform to ensure timely implementation, testing and execution of CRM campaigns
- Continuously analyze running player journeys and CRM campaigns, delivering monthly reports to the Head of Retention
- Work closely with Head of Retention on taking CRM & retention rates to the next level, keeping the player base engaged & active
- Collaboration with Head of Retention and BI in creating state of the art player segmentation
- Keep track of reported issues with any campaigns and ensure these are tackled
Requirements:
- 2+ years previous CRM experience in a FIAT Casino/iGaming Operator
- Good understanding of retention strategies and CRM/Marketing essentials
- Previous experience as manager not essential, can be a coordinator ready to step up as long as motivated to hands on create a great CRM setup for our FIAT brands
- Proficient in English
- Located in Europe or working in EU Timezone
