About the Team

The Gaming team is an essential and central part of the Casumo Group; a KPI driven team with a product and revenue focus to drive initiatives and projects throughout the company in alignment with the Company Goals. As a Casino Coordinator you will be a key member of the team, and own the day to day operations in order to achieve our goals in the numerous markets we operate in.

As Casino Coordinator You Will:

  • Report into the Casino Manager to deliver the defined Casino Strategy.
  • Be responsible for day to day adhoc Casino Operations requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of our Supplier and Games roadmaps, including game launches in Production and Live environments.
  • Be responsible for game QA testing & releases, bug reporting and follow up.
  • Follow a data driven and localized game positioning strategy, continuously monitoring performance and initiating required improvements to the Casino lobby.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure that games are fully compliant in regulated markets and responsible for collating and storing game certification and documentation.
  • Together with the Casino Manager , maintain our relationships with 3rd party suppliers and handle the day to day communications via various channels.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve our Casino workflows and operational efficiency, as well as staying up to date on market and product trends.
  • Analysis and focus of Games performance to deliver the best placement of games content on site.
  • Support CRM team with supplier network promotions operations.
