Responsibilities:
Assisting with the game release process by liaising with casino team management and gaming providers and ensuring games are configured properly.
Ensure that the casino portfolio and the positioning of the games in the casino lobby is up to date and competitive versus other sites. You will also help undertake regular competitor analysis.
Communicate upcoming game releases, new product features and promotions to different stakeholders in the organization.
Assist in the analysis of game and campaign performance, presenting back to management the results and suggestions.
Help test our new product feature across devices, brands and markets to ensure the best possible user experience.
Regular monitoring of our product, raise tickets where issues or bugs needs escalated and follow up until resolution or backlog addition
Assist and follow up with the Customer Support team on any casino queries or issues that may arise.
Assist with the execution of casino campaigns from idea generation, planning and briefing, building and testing bonuses to evaluation, reporting & future optimization.
Manage and execute onsite, email, SMS and other channels used to push casino campaigns.
Build and optimize Email templates. Testing the quality and functionality of all CRM Campaigns before they are sent.
Keeping Casino internal Project Management Tool updated with key task completion dates and relevant comments.
Manage JIRA / Confluence tickets.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry
Strong knowledge of CRM techniques, including segmentation and campaign management
Proficient in using CRM tools and platforms
Familiarity with casino games and player preferences
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
